Help Heal PTSD
We founded The American Veteran Foundation to be the voice of the Healing PTSD Stamp and tell a story about how Americans work together to help our veterans.
Currently we are working on a project to get Congress to continue the PTSD Stamp because it is about to expire. We’re also asking them to create a bill for new legal tender, a coin that will raise even more funds tax free! These will both be permanent sources of funding for the VA; more specifically the National Center for PTSD.
It was the original program and many Americans worked hard to create that funding source and there is no way that it should expire by law but it does. We’re asking for that law to be changed for the benefit of our veterans. So, if you want to help veterans, first responders and other victims of trauma to get the best care possible in the future you can lend us your voice and the project will continue indefinitely!
